Large L shaped decking with LED floor lights and outdoor furniture to enjoy those Marina and River Nene views.

The main living space has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The dining area has a full height window to the front and two windows to the side, there are French doors opening out to the balcony to enjoy those views.

The kitchen has ample cupboards and drawers for storage, there is space for a washing machine, stainless steel sink, integrated gas hob with extractor hood above.

Two double bedrooms with the master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a full size bath with a wall mounted shower.

Outside the lodge there is a dedicated gravel parking space.
